NUSA DUA. 10,000 MW Acceleration Program Phase II requires an investment of U.S. $ 16,055 million. This was conveyed by the Director of Planning of PT PLN (Persero) Bambang Praptomo in Geothermal Seminar 2009 in Nusa Dua, Bali (3 / 12).
"The funds needed to build the plant with a capacity of 10,677 which was built by PLN and the IPPs," said Bambang.
The plant to be built at PLN 10,000 MW Acceleration Program Phase II reached 6415 MW which requires an investment of U.S. $ 7605 million. While done by the IPP, continued Bambang, with a capacity of 4262 MW and requires an investment of U.S. $ 8450 million.
From the targeted capacity of 10,677 MW is 4294 MW Power Plant, Geothermal Power Plant (Power Plant Geothermal) 3583 MW, PLTGU (Gas Power Plant Steam) 1626 MW, and PLTMH (Power Micro Hydro) 1174 MW.
We have a total of cultivated plants PT PLN and the Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Indonesia reached 29,373 MW. To offset the growing energy needs of an average 6.8% per year, 10,000 MW Acceleration Program Phase II was planned as a continuation of the 10,000 MW Acceleration Project first phase is predicted to run out in 2012 absorbed.
