Akan tetapi, dia enggan memperinci identitas pembangkit listrik mana saja yang akan diminatinya. “Saya belum bisa disclose. Yang jelas kami mengincar satu pembangkit yang kapasitas besar dan lima yang kecil,” ungkap Kurnadi kepada Bisnis, hari ini. Lebih lanjut, dia menyebutkan dari lima tender pembangkit yang berkapasitas kecil itu, dua di antaranya kemungkinan dapat dimulai pengerjaan tahun ini. Sementara, tiga tender lainnya akan dikerjakan pada awal tahun depan. “Nilai investasi proyek PLN yang kami incar tahun ini sekitar Rp1,6 triliun.” Selain Adhi, salah satu raksasa kontruksi di Tanah Air, PT PP juga mengincar pengerjaan proyek dari PLN. Proyek PLTG Jambi sendiri, lanjut dia, membutuhkan investasi sekitar US$120 juta, sementara PLTG Palembang sebesar US$80 juta. Betty mengatakan sumber pendanaan proyek tersebut akan diambil dari dana internal dan eksternal jika perseroan ini memenangkan tender itu. Namun, dia enggan memperinci komposisi pembiayaan yang akan dikeluarkan. Proyek pengadaan jaringan kelistrikan tahap kedua itu merupakan proyek PLN dengan total kapasitas 10.153 MW. Dari kapasitas tersebut, PLN mengerjakan 5.118 MW, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5.035 MW adalah milik pembangkit swasta (independent power producer/IPP). Jika diperinci, proyek tahap II yang dikerjakan PLN terdiri atas proyek PLTA yang memiliki kapasitas 1.174 MW, PLTGU 1.200 MW, PLTU 1.764 MW, PLTP 880 MW, dan PLTG 100 MW. Sementara itu, proyek yang dikerjakan IPP pada tahap II antara lain PLTP 3.097 MW, PLTU 1.548 MW, PLTGU 360 MW, dan PLTA 30 MW. Jika angka itu diperinci terdiri atas kebutuhan investasi pembangkit PLN dan IPP sebesar US$15,96 miliar dan investasi transmisi terkait sebesar US$383 miliar. Terkait kinerja, pada semester I/2010 PP memperoleh kontrak baru sebesar Rp 2,1 triliun. Tahun ini perseroan menargetkan order book sebesar Rp 16,2 triliun. Sebesar Rp 13.6 triliun merupakan kontrak baru dan Rp 2,59 triliun merupakan alihan (carry over) dari 2009. Sementara itu, secara keseluruhan tahun ini Adhi Karya mengincar proyek senilai Rp15,6 triliun. Kurnadi menyebutkan angka itu terdiri atas target tender baru senilai Rp9,8 triliun dan kontrak carry over dari 2009 ke 2010 senilai Rp5,8 triliun. “Sampai per Juni 2010, dari target Rp9,8 triliun, total proyek yang sudah didapat sekitar Rp2 triliun. kekurangannya yang Rp7,8 triliun akan kami kejar di semester II ini. Karena proyek baru biasanya ramai pada kuartal IV,” jelas Kurnadi. Menurut Kurnadi tahun ini Adhi belum akan mengincar pengerjaan proyek di luar negeri. Dia hanya menyebutkan kalau untuk pasar luar negeri pihaknya masih memfokuskan pada penyelesaian dua proyek di Oman yakni pembangunan Tilal senilai Rp1 triliun dan Shaden Al-Hail senilai Rp700 miliar. “Dua proyek itu kami targetkan selesai akhir tahun ini. atau paling lambat awal tahun depan,” tutupnya. www.tenderoffer.biz
