BANDUNG. Rajamandala Karst Area consists of various prehistoric heritage site., Among others, there are cliffs Citatah. Cliffs with names based on their size as Citatah 125, 30 and 48 is lifted from the limestone below sea level, to create folds.
GEOLOGY

Karst area is hilly Citatah-Rajamandala berketinggian between 700-900 m above sea level that extends east-northeast trending in Tagogapu, north Padalarang, to the west-northwest in the area Saguling, south Rajamandala. This is a fold of hills hills of Tertiary marine rocks consist of claystone Batuasih, Rajamandala Formation limestone, sandstone-claystone Citarum Formation, and Formation breccia Saguling. In the area-Citatah Tagogapu-Saguling, notably hilly morphology that occurs in limestone karst formations Rajamandala.

In the current Karst Area Rajamandala done a lot of limestone mining exploitation, most of the limestone hills in the area was no longer intact because of quarrying and mining for industrial purposes. Already exploited karst hills which is very unfortunate because it has a value of geological, geomorphological, and archaeological unexplored.

Associated with mining activities in karst areas, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued a decree of the Minister of Energy No.1456/K20/MEM/2000 on Management of Karst Regions. The decree set a few things related to the management of Karst Area in order not to disadvantage all parties and the preservation of nature can remain intact. [esdm]
