That statement addressing the Energy Commission House of Representatives (DPR) that assesses the state shortfall of U.S. $ 714.82 million was attributable to negligence of BP Migas in verifying the deposit Contractors Cooperation Contract (KKKS) oil and gas, which became part of the government.

Division Head of Public Relations, Security, and the Formality of BP Migas Agus Suryono express findings about the lack of state revenue is the result of the BPK audit of PT Pertamina (Persero).

"It is not true that if BP Migas negligent non-tax revenues paid less. This [is less deposit of U.S. $ 714.82 million] is the BPK audit results on it," he said, today.

He explained the lack of paid Pertamina on the findings of those CPC and the debt-settlement between Pertamina and the Ministry of Finance, is outside the authority BP Migas.

According to him, based on CPC report on the shortage, Pertamina has fulfilled its obligation to the government through offsetting mechanism with government liabilities amounted to U.S. $ 530.97 million in 2008.

In addition, he explained, it also has oil and gas SOEs pay Rp1, 9 trillion, equivalent to U.S. $ 183.81 million on 2009.
