JAKARTA: Coordinating Minister Hatta Rajasa said the government imposed tariff increase schedule of basic electricity (TDL) will be determined on Monday, June 7, 2010, preceded by a meeting of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the House of Representatives.

Hatta said it also had a meeting with the Director of the State electricity company PT (Persero) Iskan Dahlan, who has made entry into several exercise-related increase in TDL.

"Monday [June 7], Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources will discuss it [about the planned increase in TDL] with the House. Let's wait," said Hatta told the press after attending the celebration to-Daily IV Jurnas in the media office today.

When asked whether the increase in TDL certain government imposed in June, Hatta said it will be known only after a discussion between the minister of Energy and Mineral Resources together with the Parliament, as well as kompoisisnya.

As it is known that the company requested the increase in TDL can be started in accordance with the schedule, in anticipation of swelling power subsidy.

PLN president director Dahlan Iskan remind quantities of electricity subsidies in 2010 which was approved by the government with the House to note the increase in TDL in July this year.
