The government recommends that the State electricity company PT
(Persero) has a specific location to store reserves of coal stock
(buffer stock), thus providing security guarantees power supply
company.

"By having coal reserves so large, plant fuel have adequate security, both supply and price. If you took the KP-KP, it's meant to buy electricity from the miners." Associated with a location that allows used as a buffer stock of coal, Purwono said we could be in Pulau Laut, South Kalimantan, Bangka Lampung, Kepulauan Seribu, or other strategic location.
