Jakarta - The government will soon menenderkan gas pipelines as the Master Plan for Transmission and Distribution Network Gas National Year 2010-2025.
Director General of Oil and Gas Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Evita Legowo in Jakarta on Friday, said, according to the Master Plan, the tender conducted Downstream Business Regulatory Body Oil and Gas (BPH Migas).

"If the category is open access auctioned by BPH Migas," she said.

Transmission Network Master Plan and the National Gas Distribution Year 2010-2025 outlined in the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources signed 0225K/11/MEM/2010 Number Zahedy Saleh Darwin on January 27, 2010.

According to these decrees, pipelines category is divided into open access which means auctioned BPH Migas, dedicated downstream, upstream dedicated, self-interest, and city gas.

Implementation of the auction by BPH Migas was conducted after obtaining consideration cq Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Oil and Gas Directorate General. "We will monitor their implementation is fulfilled," said Evita.

According to the decrees, plans gas transmission pipelines that enter the open category will be access and auction is the Natuna D Alpha-Batam-Duri, Batusangkar-Cerinti-Batam, Sumatra and West Java (SSWJ)-Aurcina-Sekayu-Kotabumi-Cilegon.
