Ambon - Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI) Ambon city lawyers to form a team to mengugat PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Maluku and North Maluku to replace losses due to the electric pemdaman continuously.
Regional Board Secretary (DPD) KNPI city of Ambon, Tatuhey Rajab, told AFP, in Ambon, Tuesday, said it has formed a team of lawyers working with the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) in Maluku for civil mengggugat PLN to replace all the losses because of power blackouts that occurred in Ambon. "PLN should be responsible for the losses experienced by society because of the blackout continuously," he said. He said, the lawsuit will be conducted by a team of legal counsel with KNPI public action which will be held on March 1 next. "We will submit the data loss reported at the post complaints to PLN further losses we will make the lawsuit in court," he said. Tatuhey explain, in general the action March 1, it will do convoy with 1000 residents in the city of Ambon and march in the office, as currently PLN PT.
