Jakarta - The act of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) back to electricity customers, has been assessed against customers who are highly dependent on electrical energy needs.

"Return of the rotating blackouts have hurt people. I wonder, really how could PLN broken a promise," said Executive Director of Regulatory Bureaucracy Society Movement (Gemawasbi) Nopber Siregar in Jakarta, Friday.

Previously, the (20/11), Distribution Manager of PT PLN Distribution Jakarta Raya and Tangerang W Budi Nugroho PLN promises will no longer perform the rotating blackouts, because there is participation from large customers who reach 150-200 MW.

Nopber further said his company PT PLN loving attitude that did not keep his word. Moreover, during most of the customers complained PLN rotating blackouts, because the harm society moving in the industrial sector. "It's strange, why should promise, if it's not 100 percent capable of serving the needs of the community," he asserted.
