To maximize the contribution of coal then some regulations have been established by Indonesia such as: the establishment of processing and refining of liabilities in the country to increase the value-added mining, coal sales obligations to specify domestic demand, and pricing benchmark coal. Coal fields of cooperation opportunities between India and Indonesia is still open them in the joint exploration of coal, the utilization of research and development of low-grade coal (low rank coal), investment opportunities and cooperation in education and training.
