- Chewing EMR that is only valid on assignment to PT PLN (Persero) to purchase electricity and power, geothermal power Iistrik derived from auction results come from the working area and permit holders who acquired prior to the Act No. 27 of 2003 in accordance with Rule Preslden No. 4 of 2010 regarding assignment to PT.PLN (Persero) for Conducting Accelerated Development of Power Plants Using Renewable Energy, Coal and Gas and also listed in the list of projects in the candy EMR Number 15 Year 2010 on the List of Projects Electric Power Development Acceleration Using Renewable Energy, Coal and Gas and Transmission Association;
- In order auction Mining Geothermal Working Area is derived from the winning bidder Karja Mining Geothermal Area, defined. The highest reference price of 9.70 cents U.S. $ / kWh for the purchase of electricity by PT PLN (Persero);
- Purchase price of electricity by PT PLN (Persero) derived from a geothermal power plant in accordance with the results of auction of Mines Geothermal Working Areas used in the Power Purchase Agreement, shall be final and no negotiation;
- In order assignment purchase of electricity as mentioned in letter a, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources issued a Power Purchase Assignment to PT PLN (Persero) with a copy of the Minister of State Enterprises;
- Against the auction which was held prior to this Ministerial Regulation issued, the purchase price of electricity pursuant to the auction, and if the price exceeds the highest benchmark price shall be negotiated and power purchase prices must be approved Iistrik Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources;
- Against the purchase of electricity that comes from permit holders who acquired before the Act No. 27 of 2003 shall be negotiated based on the highest benchmark price of 9.70 cents U.S. $ / kWh and electricity purchase price must be approved by the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Mineral;
- Against the purchase of electricity from geothermal power plants that are running before this Ministerial Regulation stipulated deemed to have been given the assignment and purchase price of electricity must be approved by the Minister;
- Regulation of the Minister is revoked Regulation of the Minister of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 32 of 2009 on Purchasing Power Standard Price Listrtk By PT PLN (Persero) Of Geothermal Power Plant.
