Supervisory Team Reports Oil and Gas Production Increase

Monitoring Team Production Increase Oil and Gas (TP3M)
File a Report to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources

In order to assist the implementation of the program increased production of oil and gas, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has formed a task which TP3M, among others, to monitor the implementation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 06 Year 2010 on Guidelines for Oil and Gas Production Increase Policy. Once formed on January 22 last, on this day, team work reported in the first months of his tenure.

After a meeting with several contractors Cooperation Contract (KKKS) Home, Tim has identified five issues that can affect the production of oil and gas in Indonesia in 2010, namely:Environmental problems associated with the implementation of Law No. 32 Year PPLH 2010, about the impact of oil and gas industry activities on the environment.

Problems and spatial overlap of land.
Approval process of oil field development plan and gas.
Commercial problems associated with the use of oil and natural gas.
KKKS contract extension issue of oil and gas in Indonesia Pemenrintah which will end within the next few years.

In this task, TP3M to supervise the monitoring of efforts to increase oil production and seeks to bridge the government and oil and gas industry. TP3M also reported an increase would do the socialization of production and formulate operational measures efforts to increase production. Today's meeting was attended by Director General of Oil and Gas and Head of BP Migas.
