JAKARTA – Melonjaknya harga minyak dunia akibat berbagai faktor meningkatkan penerimaan negara. Namun, pada saat yang sama pengeluaran negara juga turut melonjak. Perhitungannya, setiap kenaikan harga sebesar US$ 1 per barel, dengan asumsi kurs Rp 9.000 per dolar, akan menaikkan penerimaan sebesar Rp 3,37 triliun. Namun kenaikan US$ 1 per barel itu juga meningkatkan pengeluaran negara dalam jumlah yang lebih besar, yakni Rp 4,3 triliun. |
