Page 1 of 2 JAKARTA: The Government is formulating the sanctions to be imposed against employers who do not apply the provisions of palm Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO).
According to Vice Minister of Agriculture Krisnamurthi, sanctions will be applied to the oil companies will not be included in the ISPO. "Certainly not at ISPO, but the source will be searched in an Act to which," he said in Jakarta today. He said currently carrying out an evaluation of whether sanctions would be applied to all businesses that oil palm plantations will be included in the Law, Environmental Law or the Investment Law.
