Six Business Sale and Purchase Agreement Gas Pipe Signed

JAKARTA. BP Migas to facilitate the signing of six contracts business deal pipeline gas sales yesterday, Friday (19 / 2). Some contracts are signed new contracts and others are contracts that have been there (amendment).

Six contracts pipe gas business deal consists of 3 Hoa (Head of Agreement), 2nd Amendment PJBG (Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement) and 1 PJBG. Six contracts are:

1. Hoa between PT Pertamina EP with PT Pertamina (Persero) for the gas contract in NGL Plant Project of
   South Sumatera (E-1 Pertagas) with a total volume of gas for 65,359.00 TBTU.
2. Hoa between Petrochina International Bermuda Ltd. in Sorong District Government Owned Companies (PT
   Malamoi Olomm Wobok) for electricity needs in Sorong District with a total volume of gas for 1460.00
      TBTU.
3. Hoa between Kodeco Energy Co.Ltd with Gresik Government Owned Companies (PT Gresik Migas), for the
      needs of industry in Gresik Regency.
4. PJBG between PT. With PT Pertamina EP. Horizon Losarang rainbow, for the needs of industry in
   Losarang, West Java with a total volume of gas for 6230.00 TBTU.
5. PJBG between PT. With PT Pertamina EP. Tossa Sakti, to meet the needs of industry in Central Java with a
   total of 1460.00 for voleme gas TBTU.
6. PJBG between PT. With PT Pertamina EP. Medco E & P Indonesia, for the needs of increasing oil
   production with a total volume of gas for 1395.96 TBTU.

With the signing of six contracts are expected oil and gas industry can help spur economic growth as well as other national industrial growth, particularly in the energy / electricity, according to Deputy Operations Control Budi Indianto BP Migas. (ESDM)
