Jakarta - The Ministry of Finance revealed that 11 ministries / agencies can not receive remuneration in order to reform the bureaucracy because it has not fulfilled a number of requirements.

"We see several ministries / agencies are in the process (requirements), have reached 60 percent, reaching 70 percent there," said Secretary-General Kemenkeu Mulia P. Nasution in Jakarta, Tuesday (27 / 7).

Until now, he said, only three ministries / agencies that have received remuneration in order to reform the bureaucracy that is Kemenkeu, State Audit Board (BPK), and MA.

A total of 11 ministries / agencies, such as the Ministry of National Development Planning / Bappenas, is planned to start receiving remuneration in the context of bureaucratic reform in 2010.

Majesty suggested the government has actually been allocated a budget in order to reform the bureaucracy better remuneration for the year 2010 and proposed for 2011.

"Budget has been allocated, only the realization of which is still monitored and assessed by a team of national-level bureaucratic reforms that are coordinated by Kemenpan and Bureaucratic Reform," said Mulia.

According to him, the government is committed to continuing reform of the bureaucracy in which the remuneration is an important component. However, remuneration can not be released and should be implemented after a number of conditions were met.

He mentioned that the requirements include a reorganization of the institution in question.

With decentralization, he said, must be ensured duty of the institution is still appropriate, there is no decentralization to the regions, there is no adjacent structure units that posed no potential of disguised unemployment.

According to Honor, also to be seen again working procedures / business processes and aligned to each institution there are steps to improve the quality of service in terms of time and cost.
