JAKARTA: PT Pertamina EP recorded an average production from January to November 2009 of 126,696 barrels per day (bpd) or 1186 bpd higher than the 8.6% target and above the accomplishments of 2008 are only 116,600 bpd.
Director of Operations Pertamina EP Good poduksi Sudaryanto said Pertamina EP oil is still around 118,000 bpd in January 2009 before it increased to 124,464 bpd in May. Through various efforts, the production in the second and third quarter showed rising trend.

"The average production in August reached 132,370 bpd in November and 133,881 bpd has been through," he said in a press release yesterday.

Good mention the main producing field oil production comes from Pertamina EP Region Java, with a range of 25,000 bpd of production. As for, Region of Sumatra 19,000 barrels per day, the Pertamina EP in the field Sukowati 32,000 bpd, and Business Unit Limau by 12,000 bpd.

"For the production of oil from other fields varies between 2,000 bpd and 10,000 bpd."

Next year, more good, Pertamina EP targeted production to reach 128,000 bpd, up 2% from the 2009 prognosis. However, it has calculated the target height of natural production decline rates which reach 18% per year.
